Called my doctor's office to have a prescription refilled nurse picked up put me on hold. three minutes later picked up put me on hold again, I hung up after 11 minutes.
This was after calling and being transferred to her office 4 times with no answer!!!!! I called the hospital again and asked to be transferred to the department that takes care of complaints and issues. Phone rang for three minutes then I hung up. They never answer the phone Elmhurst, put you on hold forever, can't just leave a message!!!
The hold music says we care about your time but they don't.
I've wasted plenty of my 30 minute lunch breaks trying to get in contact with the departments of different doctors and still not get through. Ridiculous!
